Excellent hotel with comfortable, modern, and quiet rooms with wonderful view. We stayed there with our parents and our one-year-old child. We really enjoyed everything. Wonderful location, both for walking around the city and for a ski holiday. There is a shopping center nearby. Very polite and helpful staff. The restaurant has a very varied breakfast with a large selection (perfect for 7-10 days stay).

Friendly staff, modern Hamman and the rooms were very large and comfortable. Service is good, food is good. Well placed between it’s sister hotel on the slopes in Ercyles to ski for the day and a short drive to the antique cave town of Cappadocia which is pure heaven. Hotel has a shuttle to the slopes at 9.50

We had the most amazing stay at this incredible hotel. Really kind and helpful personnel. A special thanks to Maryam who upgraded our room for free. Incredible location, lots of restaurants and shops nearby and short distance to the airport. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast. Beautiful spa and pool. I’ll definitely book a room here next time.

+ Staff , from the moment we stepped into the place, we were surprised by the friendliness of the staff. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was nice. The guest relation officer (Ms Mariam (?) ) was extra friendly and very professional. Mr. Brook (?) at the reception also very helpful. (I might be probably wrong with names) + Room - extra spacious with many amenities, there were nothing we could ask for more. comfortable bed. + Location : Next to Forum shopping mall, so many restaurants and food stalls, Tram station at walking distance + Value for money - Its a Raddisson Blu hotel, so its expensive, but worth every Lira we paid

it is an excellent hotel to stay in Kayseri during a ski holiday. I believe it is cheaper option if you compare with the hotel prices on the mountain. The mountain is just 25 min away by car or taxi. there are plenty of restaurants, shopping mall and places for short visits in the city center. the location of the hotel is perfect. The staff were so kind and friendly. the comport was really good and it was really clean. I did not try their breakfast, but it is Turkey and breakfast can be always good. You should definitely try spa and the pool. the pool is looking to the mountain with a huge window. the roof top bar has wonderful view of the city.

The room was great, it was very spacious, modern, comfortable and with an amazing view. The breakfast was tasty. The location is good, near the shopping mall. One of the biggest advantages is free shuttle bus to the ski resort.

We returned to this hotel, as we found it so amazing. The reception is extremely fast and helpful and accommodated our special request for quiet room. The breakfast is unmatched, even compared to other 5* hotels. The rooms were very spacious, modern and with all comfort we needed. The best was the pool, which was nicely heated, and the spa area looked over the Erciyes mountain. We had dinner in the restaurant in the upper floor twice and it was special, with a great view over the mountain. The hotel has a garage and is situated next to a shopping mall which is very practical. Any other sights are within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and would any time recommend this hotel.

Everything was really very good. I would say more, it was excellent. The room was fantastic, with very delicious food. Perfect location. The staff was very pleasant. They know their job perfectly. They managed perfectly even during the awful earthquake a couple of days ago. Especially I want to highlight Meyem, she managed on a perfect way all our issues. Thanks a lot once again

Very spacious room, huge (and I mean huge!) double bed. Excellent pillows. Curtains that block out the sunlight really well so we were able to sleep very well. Quiet rooms, no noise from inside or outside the hotel. Very central location

Very spacious room, very clean, modern and new, superb facilities, rooftop bar with amazing view, staff is really friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection was excellent, wide variety of all types of food, everything tasted really good. Location is great, you are in the center with few minutes of walk. Spa also nice.
